i Know Conceptually About Web Farming and Web Gardening But not having awareness on how to implement Practically in Real time using IIS in Win Servers

If Any Body knows,Give Me Real Time Examples and Steps to implement Web Forming and Web Gardening,where and when to use ...

Web Garden is a single server serving several users with different instance of the same application.
