SSIS Package Error - .NET

Hi All,
Iam getting the below error while trying to connecting to Oracle Server which was connecting earlier..

The AcquireConnection method call to the connection manager <<Oracle Server IP>> failed with error code 0xC0202009. There may be error messages posted before this with more information on why the AcquireConnection method call failed.

Please let us know the resolution for the above error.
