Are you send the SMS from mobile to server(database) (or) receive a SMS from server to Mobile?

If receive means

else send from mobile means.. using embedded technology you can achieve this.
You will connect a GSM modem in your system for receive a message (SMS) from Mobile (or) any device and then store the message into server(database).
