What are the ways Deployment of Webaprt ?

I knows , Using Cab file and Place dll into gac then make it as a safecontrol

Otherthan these two types any alternative things ?

Hi,

There are 2 ways to deploy a webpart:

1. Deployment using CAB files
2. Feature based deployment of a webpart

I prefer stsadm command, instead of default deployments in MOSS 2007 and powershell scripting for SharePoint 2010
