Dropdown with 1Lakh records

I'm trying to bind data from a SINGLE table to Dropdown. Problem is the table is having more than ONE Lakh records and my popup is Timing OUT.

0	Well.. the aspx page that has the dropdown is being shown as a POP-UP. Since loading of 1Lk records is taking time.. I want to know any other feasible solutions to this. I'm giving a try on dynamic loading concept now.. wish it works for me. If anyone done similar to this.. plz share your thoughts.
