Problem when Restoring database

hi all,

when i restore my database the below error will come. please let me know what is the problem

error is:

System.Data.Sqlclient..Sqlerror: The operating system returned the error '5(Access is denied.)' while attempting 'RestoreContainer::ValidateTargerForCreation' on 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.2\MSSQL\Data\Sharpya.mdf'. (Microsoft.Sqlserver.Express.Smo)

please anybody tell the solution..
