HIDE ADDRESSBAR OF JAVASCRIPT POPUP

can any one tell me, how to hide address bar of popup window of javascript..

i am using window.open

its very urgent.

Following should be the code

<script>
function openMe() {
window.open('fname.htm','null','width=400,height=350,location=no');
}
</script>


Notice, the location=no, that should hide the address bar but all new browser probably doesn't support this because of security reason.

actually i am passing query string .so is there a way so that i can encrypt query string through javascript

If you encrypt the query through JavaScript, there is no use of it as user can go to your page source code and view the actual data. Instead encrypt the whole querystring from the code behind (C# or VB.NET code) and pass that as querystring. On the popup page, retrieve the querystring and decrypt it and use it.

i dont want ot use code behind thats a problem. bec. if i use code behind silverlight page refresh itself and start from initial page
