show textboxes dynamically with a drop downlist

Hy

In a page there is dropdownlist it contains items ID, FName, LName, EmailAddress,DOB

first the screen should show only the dropdownlist...when user selects ID it should show textbox to enter the ID dynamically

how can i do this with javaScript ....explain me also with asp.net
