regarding asp.net server error 12152

We used nested update panel in our application (ASP.NET 2.0 with C#) .if we set the scriptmanager attribute EnablePartialRendering is set as false na not showing error otherwise it showing the following error.Is there any other solution for this issue pls help ..... thanks in advance..

Sys.Webforms.PageRequestManagerServerErrorException: An unknown error occured while processing the
request on the server. The status code returned from the server was: 12152
