Gridview Problem

Hellow,

i have a gridview ,in editing i have add a hyperlink, and textboxes........throgh database i have bind the grid...all data shows in grid correctly.....my problem is that how i can click the hyperlink(which shows name) so that all data in grid display in textbox which i have placed in table .

0	Good Evening I Assume you want to enable Editing in your Gridview ? If So, in your Gridview decleration you have to set the property to true,for example it will look like this <asp:GridView Runat="server" ID="GridView1" AutoGenerateEditButton="true" /> so when you click on the Link to Edit , a Textbox will be available for the user. I Assume you want to enable Editing in your Gridview ?

If So, in your Gridview decleration you have to set the property to true,for example it will look like this

<asp:GridView Runat="server" ID="GridView1" 

  AutoGenerateEditButton="true"  />

so when you click on the Link to Edit , a Textbox will be available for the user.

0	Go to Gridview properties in that you have to select one Template filed or hyperlink field then go to edit item templte for that ther you can write the code for that Shoyebaziz123, if this helps please login to Mark As Answer. \| Alert Moderator
