Encrypt and Decrypt a PDF,word,Excel Files in asp.net C#

hi..
i want to encrypt pdf,word,excel files.
when i was upload a file means its stored in application folder.
so during storing the file will be converted in to an encrypted format.

then if if a user logs in then we will show the encrypted file in a decrypted format.

so i need both encryption and decrytion a file.

how to do this..
need ur suggestions with examples
