how can i show image on webpage at dynamic time

Dear to all
my problem is.....
i m creating a blog project
and where blogger write the blog
and blogger want to insert image above contnt or below content
how can i do it
if you dont understand my query pls ask further

0	Hi, I think you have to add multiple images for different users. when one user see his blog then he would see his content and his images. to do so, first you need to fix the images position then for each position you ask user to upload image. save that image with user id and position id. retrieve that images as per position when user logs in. I think you have to add multiple images for different users.
when one user see his blog then he would see his content and his images.
