how can i resolve the crystal report error

Hi,

I am getting following error

Could you please help me

Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {059AC10F-0010-4C43-8876-1FC7BEAF218B} failed due to the following error: 80070005.
Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

0	Hi , i am using .net 2.0 and crystal report 2008. initially i developed crystal reports version 8.5 but in webserver crystal report version is 12.0.1 version so i installed crystal report 2008 and then it is working fine in local machine. but when i place this code in web server the above error occured. so one my frined suggest that install crrdesti.msi in server. but i do n't exact idea how to do this. could you please suggest with any better idea for this problem?
