How to transfer files from one folder to another folder through browse button?

I am using one text box and browse button when I click browse button it will open window dialog and I can select some folder and I use one more button when click that button it should select delete some files in the selected folder and it will copy some files from another folder that I will transfer the files from that folder to selected folder.

Please help me.
