What is the use of SQL Jion operators like = , <> , <= , < , > , >=.
'=' is use to Equal the table colume and others ?

It's OK...
'=' use to join like this
select EmpID,EmpName from Table1 INNER JOIN Table2 ON Table1.EmpID = Table2.EmpID
Result... return only comman records
same what is use (<> , <= , >= , < , >)

<> NOT EQUAL
<= LESS THAN EQUAL
>= GREATER THAN EQUAL
< LESS THAN

EXAMPLE:
SELECT * FROM EMPLOYEESALARY WHERE EMPSALARY>3000
SELECT * FROM EMPLOYEESALARY WHERE EMPSALARY >8000
SELECT * FROM EMPLOYEESALARY WHERE EMPSALARY <> 1000
SELECT * FROM EMPLOYEESALARY WHERE EMPSALARY >=9000
