How to Retrieve content from SQL database onto a label in paragraphs?

Hello, I am developing a dynamic website usin ASP.Net. For the About Us page of the website, I have stored the data of the page in SQL database. I want to retrieve it to a label control in paragraphs... how should i move ahead??? Please help....
