As we know,List is an interface and ArrayList is an implementation of the List interface.
Why LIST is an interface??

What is the inner meaning in it?

Hi,

Actually List is a generic class and it has been inherited from below interfaces.

IList<T>

ICollection<T>
IEnumerable<T>
IList
ICollection
IEnumerable

Whtere T indicate that same List can work as generic manner.

Sunil
