In sql server there is option for import and export
use right click on the database and select the task option
then select Import

then one popup window is opend for import export
then select the source database and provide the connection parameter
after that choose destination server i.e. your sql server and provide connection parameter
after the you can choose the exsting tables or write the query for fetch the data from the source.

edit the table mapping and click next data transfer started
