one of my friend was asking me that
he has worked in one company for 8 months but he didn't collected his experience letter but he has salary slips of all the 8 months he has the company name and the company stamp on that salary slip would that be counted as experience of 8 months
i told him to collect the experience letter
for some reason he is not going over there i don't know y can that be counted as experience of 8 months he was under training period they didn't gave him the offer letter also
