How to work with cascading dropdown list using Linq to sql in MVC3

Hi all,
Can anybody tell me How to work with cascading dropdown list using Linq to sql in MVC3.(if possible give me code) or
How to change 2nd ddl values After selecting first dropdownlist

0	The idea is Simple e.g Dropdown 1 must retrieve the "Employee" The Query must bring all the Users and bind to the First Dropdown and on SelectedindexChanged Event you must get the selected ID of the User and Return e.g users Department e.g Dropdown2 must return a Department that the Employee belongs to Same as above , get a Department based on the EmployeeID and so on... The idea is Simple

e.g Dropdown 1 must retrieve the "Employee"

The Query must bring all the Users and bind to the First Dropdown and on SelectedindexChanged Event you must get the selected ID of the User and Return e.g users Department

e.g Dropdown2 must return a Department that the Employee belongs to

Same as above , get a Department based on the EmployeeID

and so on...
