how to hide & display scroll bars of div tag in asp.net

hi all,

In my appliction i am using one div tag inside another div tag to display dinamic table with data. Here my requirement is for innner div tag i want to hide the horizontal scroll bar and for outer div tag i want to hide the vertical scroll bar.
please help me to achive the same. any help would be appriciated
