How to create client proxy and server proxy

Hi,

This is top urgent. I am developing one web application. I need to know how to create a client proxy and server proxy. these apps will reside in the same system.
When i pass a request from my client it should be received by the client proxy and processed to server proxy there on server .

Appreciate immediate response. please do the needful.
