sql server job scheduling

i need to change a status of a table automatically, so i created a job scheduling.
it is not working can anyone help immediately

Can you tell me the followings...

1. What statement you have used to update the Table ?
2. At what time the JOB should be scheduled ?

UPDATE Table SET NAME='123' WHERE DATEDIFF(day,DATE ,GETDATE()) >15

occurs: daily at every 1 min from 12:00am to 12:pm

So, The UPDATE will happen only for those "DATE" column having morethan 15 Days ?

but there are dates which had covered 15days, it's status is not changing yet any help?
