File transfer using kermit protocol

Dear Sir,
I an doing windows application in vb.net . Urgent requirement is to transfer file from my windows applications
to Linux terminal which is connected through USB .
I can use any file transfer protocol such as X-modem, Y-modem,Z-modem, Kermit protocol.
i fed up from searching on this topic. i didn't get any info on Google search.
Please , help me out.
