Please help i am getting this error don't know why and how to solve.

InvalidOperationException was unhandled

An error occurred creating the form. See Exception.InnerException for details.  The error is: Could not find any resources appropriate for the specified culture or the neutral culture.  Make sure "RadControlsWinFormsSISLife.Resources.resources" was correctly embedded or linked into assembly "RadControlsWinFormsSISLife" at compile time, or that all the satellite assemblies required are loadable and fully signed.

Please help me to solve this issue.
