search for string with lowercase ( case-sensitive search) in SQL Server

by Default, the strings are not case-sensitive in SQL Server. If you wants to do Case-sensitive search for strings, then

SELECT EMPID,EMPNAME
FROM EMPLOYEE
WHERE EMPNAME LIKE '%A%' COLLATE SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CS_AS
