My current regex validator here works fine, which displays free form '12345678' and '12345678911':
^\d{8}$|^\d{11}$
Keep the 8 digit free form, but change the 11 digit number format to 01-21010-2011, cannot accept 9,10, or more than 11-digit numbers.
Please help! :)
