proc in proc in sql server

I want to create a procedure would be responsible for updating the status of the alerts in the table suppose emaillog_table on the basis of the user ' user_loggedId ' having parameter logid and status and userid and If the Status = “Success” and if the Bill_STATUS = “ORIGINAL BILL GENERATED” in TBL_BILL for the BILL number from emaillog_table then call the ANOTHER stored procedure sp_SaveBilleStatus which would update the status of the Bill. The new status would be “ORIGINAL BILL SENT”.
