I have a datalist that gets menu items from a database. I am trying to change the CSS class (which will highlight the menu item) to indicate it is the selected menu item using an if then syntax to see if it in the request object. The code below produces a syntax error in my vb project. I have used it before in a C# project without problem. I can't figure out what I am doing wrong. Does anybody see what I am doing wrong or have an alternative way to do this?
