Problem in CreateUserWizard

Hi,
I am  using CreateUserWizard for creating user, In first step I am asking for User Name, Password, Email, Security Question/Answer and In Second Step Rolls. So whenever I create a user, It is creating a user successfully, but is not stepping on second step or final step.
So tell me where I am wrong
