storing customer information in a sql table

hi,
i have an asp page in which in there is some information about the customer like email id,name,password etc..now i want to retrieve this information and store it in a table...pls help me how can i do it...in a simple way if the customer logins for the first time then his information must go to the table and shud remain dere...
