store PDF or word in folder then diaply in DataGrid

if i click the button file present in the UPload ctrl ..  to be stored in Web server folder.... i.e it may be created folder under App_Data...


after stored the PDF file...


i m going to display all the LINKS(files) in data Grid..


if i click any one link ... then the file Should be downloaded....




 i need the code for this
