how to send data to other server through URL

Hi everyone


I want to send data through URL
for example (www.abc.com?name=ROLLERCOSTER&msg=hello)


One way i know is
Dim data As Stream = client.OpenRead(finalurl)


is there any other way to fullfill this ?
