how to use one dll file in another dll file

i m trying to use a dll file for uploading files...i have done some manipulations in the dll file in which i m trying to unzip a zip file,,now to unzip a zip file i have again used a dll file ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib,,,can anyone tell me is dere a way to include this file in the previos dll file
