Store HealthMonitoring setting in seperate file

Hi

I am just configuring some websites to use Health Monitoring, is it possible to store these setting in a seperate healthmonitoring.config file, so I just store the file reference in my web.config?

 I have seen an attribute called SourceConfig but im not sure how to use it or what it does.

 Any help would be much appreciated, thanks in advance
