I have an old ASP page that has been turned into a .aspx page with some .aspx character.  It uses includes to define part of the pages, the footer and the header.  I'm trying to use a placeholder to replace the "include" functionality.  However, I need the content for this placeholder to come from a "remote" url.  Doesn't appear the placeholder can do this, because I get this error:

Server Error in '/SCartServe' Application.
