I am designing a system where multiple Windows Applications will call a WCF with TCP Binding service on an Application Server. The Application Server will in turn call a Database Server.
There may be between 300 - 400 users hitting this Application Server at speeds from 128K - 1.5M. What are the steps to implement Load Balancing in such a system?
