Ok I've tried many things but can't get this to work, can someone please help. The CascadingDropDown extender works fine except when saving the selected dropdown values back to database. I get the error: Input string was not in a correct format
It seems like the DropDownLists, populated by the web service, only have the textvalue when it should have both the textvalue and the datavalue. Also the database fields CertificationId and CertificationLevelId are both int datatype.
I've trimmed the code to show the relevent parts. But if you have a problem following it let me know.
