how can i make server and client?

Hi guys!

i'm currently using Visual studio 2005, C#.

I like to ask, how can i create client and server?

For example:

My boss wants to know how i'm working on my project, so he just access through his computer (at a different place) and take a look at my project.

So how am i supposed to let my boss knows how i'm doing with my project without coming to my desk to check on me?

Er...is this confusing?

Anyway, if it is, just ask me questions, but i'm not sure i can answer your question because i'm not that familiar with this.
