Ok I have a complex contact form with different views depending upon the first dropdownlist's selected index. The problem I'm having is trying to get the text field's text to = "" and other dropdownlist's index to = 0 before all fields are filled out creating postback. I've tried an html based reset button and it only deleted the txt fields and if I needed to set the other dropdownlist's to 0 I need to use a javascript. I tried of course an asp button but it only clears the fields if all fields are filled out. Is there another syntax I can use other than Ispostback that would allow this to work? Yea I don't want to clear the first ddl might try a Server.Transfer for clear all of them but just want the clear to delete the current ddls.
