confusion in gc.collect and dispose, where i have to use

Hi to All,

I have small confusion between use of gc.collect and dispose method.

if in one page, i have several methods and that methods creats the several objects.

with the end of the method i use the dispose method to dispose that objects use in that form.

is it correct way to do that or use of gc.collect method in the close of the page. or both?

which option is better?
