I am trying to create a web front to a Windows 2008 file server where users can have accounts and I can grant them access to files based on their account. However, I want to be able to set times where download link to the files will expire. I'd also like to have a web interfaced administrators side where I can grant permissions to the users accounts. Could someone give me some advice on this and whether it can be done and how using an ASP.Net Site.
