catch event of dynamically added control

Hi All,
I am adding controls (like textbox, dropdownlist, lable etc.) dynamically on my web page...
Can we catch the events of these dynamic controls and implement our logic in it...
For e.g. TextChanged event for TextBox, SelectedIndexChanged event for dropdownlist etc..
If yes then how to work on it...????
