I'm trying to send an email that contains someone's password. This is while doing the password recovery portion of the security tutorials. I don't know if the issue comes from the config file or the C# code. Sorry if this isn't posted in the appropriate forum, I don't know what is causing the error. This is being done locally with the built in web server.
