Bind Data to Textbox Control

Dear *.*
How can I bind data to a textbox control?
for ex: on my table i do have Employe table with colum's : EmpID (as primary key), EmpName and EmpAddress.
example records on my tables
EmpID    EmpName                EmpAdress
1            Jason Dela Cruz      Mexico
2            Roberto Sebusa      Argentina


In my Web Form I do have Textbox controls (txtEmpID,txtEmpName,and txtEmpAddress) ,and a Button Control (btnSearch)
If I put a value on a txtEmpID as 1, then btnSearch clicked, it will automatically display the value on txtEmpName as "Jason Dela Cruz" and the txtEmpAddress as "Mexico"
