Styling CreateWizard Button and capturing the users actual name

I am using the CreateUserWizard  control and need to styling the Create button within the wizard, can anyone provide links to good tutorial on this?
i tried to convert to the template to modify, but then when the page loads my complete template is all that shows..
 
Also would like to capture the users actual name instead of just the username that they will use to login..
