Simple MD5 gives incorrect result.

Hi all,I'm converting an old VB asp code to VB.NET.One of the function to convert is to ask user for password, then "MD5" it and verify it against a data base.my example if user input 241313 as pass, my asp code gives me "99A0D3A065080236BA7A3412933BE816" and it does validate against database.Now in ASP.NET VB.NET I'm using MD5CryptoServiceProvider() and MD5 the same "241313", but the result does not match.Here is the code I'm using to MD5 a string:Public Shared Function ConvertStringToByteArray(ByVal s As [String]) As [Byte]()  Return (New UnicodeEncoding).GetBytes(s)End Function 'ConvertStringT ...
