can anyone help me out in resolving this issue.
i have a couple of user input text boxes one of them takes in experience as the input and the other takes last company name as the input in my webform.
i have a required field validator which should validate the last company name textbox.
if the user enters some valid input to experience text box then the required field validator should be enabled for last company name text box
now i'm interested in doing a conditional validation without doing a postback.
