I have a form that has radio buttons and text boxes. After filling out the form, my response page says that the information was submitted to the database. However, no records are being entered into the database. This is because there is something wrong with the radio buttons ( I confirmed this by removing them and the text fields submitted fine). Could someone please help explain what might be wrong with my code.
My database is called: HCIP-Web-Info
The table being used is called: HCIPQuestions
The asp page is called: questions.asp
The response page is called: info-form-thanks.asp
