WCF and Rest - Simple folder question on file location for WCF service

Hi,

I have something odd and hopefully someone knows this.

I have a website that is also hosting 2-3 WCF webservices.

Can I place the services in separate folders for simplicity and reference them there or does each WCF webservicerequire that it be in the root directory? Thus, using a common web.config file?

Like this is what I need to do:

All my websitefiles in the root

/Webservice1/ (Here is WCFservice one with it's on web.config file amongst other files)

/Webservice2/ (Here is WCFservice one with it's on web.config file amongst other files)

If anyone has done this please let me know, I feel like I am about to go on a 2 day debug battle and if this isn't possible, I will overt the mission now rather.
